SERVICES: SALES ENGINEERING: Our sales engineers are qualified and capable of assisting in the engineering design, selection, and review of various water and wastewater applications. Equipment proposals, quotes, and performance data are available for your use in addition to manufacturer’s standard drawings and specifications that can be electronically transmitted. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Customer service representatives are available to assist in the event that you may have a problem. They also can provide quotes on equipment parts, accessories, and full-scale units. SERVICE: We operate a full-time service department that is an authorized service center for both warranty and aftermarket repairs. Capabilities include startup and troubleshooting services, on-site and in-shop repair, on-site diagnostics, equipment packaging, and pickup/delivery. Our repair center is equipped with electric power supply sources of 120/230 volt, single phase and 230/460 volt, three phase with amps equivalent to over 200 horsepower for testing of equipment and controls. We also have a full compliment of special tools and fixtures to assist in lifting, handling, heating and pressing. A full size loading dock is available with a 2 ton crane and 5,000 pound lift truck. INVENTORY: We stock various parts and complete units in our inventory warehouse in an effort to provide more popular items immediately. Most parts and some smaller size units can be available within 48 hours.
